Full Custom Gospel BBQ visits two outposts of Cooper’s in Texas, one newly opened in Ft. Worth and another in New Braunfels. Neither visit seems to live up to the transcendence El and I experienced at Cooper’s in Llano on our 2009 Texas Barbecue Tour.
