Eating the Road manages to convince a McDonald’s to make the custom sandwich dubbed the McDonalds’ Surf and Turf: a Big Mac with added Filet o’ Fish patty, McChicken patty, and McMuffin egg & sausage patty. $7.71 that will kill you. Eating the Road also visits Lulu’s Bakery in San Antonio for some great looking Chicken Fried Steak and a massive 3lb Cinnamon Roll.
