Always Hungry tells about a Mediterranean food truck in NYC, Buona Journata, that has been serving The Kapsalon, a special Dutch creation of french fries that are topped with shawarma, sambal, garlic mayonnaise, cheese, lettuce, and tomato. Sounds intense.
